Preamble
As part of a promotional campaign, SPA ARAB BANKING CORPORATION (Bank ABC Algeria) with a share capital of twenty billion ten thousand dinars (20,000,010,000 DA), located at 38, Avenue des Trois Freres Bouadou, Bir Mourad Raïs, Algiers - Algeria, organizes a commercial offer bearing the slogan "MEMBERS GET MEMBERS" which takes place between July 1, 2023 launch date to November 30, 2023 closing date.
Article 01: Conditions of participation
Participation in the offer is open to any client of Bank ABC " Developments without mortgage " product who has subscribed to the latter between the period mentioned in the preamble.
The coupons will be given when the credit is released. Moreover, the reference date is that of the release of the credit.
Article 02: Exclusion
Are excluded from the offer:
- All customers from Group Deals
- All customers of other products other than Bank ABC " Developments without mortgage ".
Article 03: Participation and Principle of the offer
The principle of the offer is to become a client of Bank ABC " Developments without mortgage " products in one of our agencies between July 01, 2023 to November 30, 2023, this client, who will be called Sponsor, will see himself give 5 discount coupons (10% each) to give to people of your choice.
Each coupon will contain on the back the name of the Godfather as well as the number of his credit creation file.
The sponsor will have to give the 05 coupons to 05 different people, who are named Godchildren. For each unlocked file of a godson, the sponsor will receive a 10% discount at the end of the month. Example: For a referral 10%, for 2 referrals 20%, … up to 50% discount.
Each referral can benefit from a 10% reduction and can become a sponsor. In the event that the godchild becomes a sponsor, he will be given 04 coupons only and will be able to benefit from a maximum discount of 40%.
The beneficiary of one or more coupons is responsible for them, in the event of loss of one or all of the coupons, Bank ABC is in no way responsible and the customer will not be given recharge coupons.
Article 04: Content of messages
The customer advisor is responsible for the customer information provided on the system and on the back of the coupons being correct (Name, First name, Creation file number).
Article 05: Prizes to be won
The slots to be won during the period of the game are reductions or rebates on the costs of the “mortgage-free development” credit file. Reductions cannot exceed 10% per referral and rebates cannot exceed s50% per referrer.
Article 06: Responsibility of Bank ABC
Spa ARAB BANKING CORPORATION declines all responsibility for prejudicial costs, direct or indirect, immediate or future damages, whatever their nature and the circumstances in which they occurred for the purpose of participation and/or the allocation of the prize awarded as part of the "MEMBERS GET MEMBERS" operation.
It is established that the SPA ARAB BANKING CORPORATION does not issue any guarantee of any kind whatsoever with regard to the winnings awarded. It is also established that it is in no way responsible for the use of said winnings, for any fact, of any nature whatsoever, directly or indirectly related to said use.
Article 07: Acceptance of the rules
Participation in this offer implies pure and simple acceptance of the terms and principles of these rules.
If circumstances so require, SPA ARAB BANKING CORPORATION reserves the right to suspend, extend, modify or cancel the offer covered by these rules without notice. Its responsibility cannot be engaged in this respect.
Participants in this offer cannot hold SPA ARAB BANKING CORPORATION liable for any damage of any kind whatsoever that may result directly or indirectly from their participation in this offer.
